As a reminder, guests will be asked for their photo ID and a physical credit card. If it is a school card that multiple employees use and is not on site, the schools will need to fill out the Credit Card form and send it back to our front desk via email (frontdesklawrence@hulsinghotels.com) or our fax (785-841-2799). 

The school's tax exemption form that covers their employees can also be sent to the email or fax number above prior to arrival. If done early, the hotel can attach it to the appropriate reservations, and it will be one less thing attendees have to worry about when they arrive!
