Exhibitor Information
We invite you and your company to exhibit at the KASFAA 2024 Spring Conference. In addition to being an exhibitor, we hope that you attend sessions when you can and network with the attendees.
Included with the exhibitor registration fee:
- One conference registration
- Recognition on the conference website and in the conference program
- Recognition of our sponsors during the conference
- For associate member exhibitors, the attendee list 1.5 weeks prior to the conference
- Table and booth space in prime location for traffic and exposure. Booth space includes pipe and drape, 8-foot table, and floor/wall outlets. Please plan to bring any extension cords needed. Booths will be randomly assigned prior to the conference.
Additional attendees from an exhibitor’s organization will need to register individually.
Exhibiting Details
- Setup on Wednesday, April 10 from 9am – 12pm
- Exhibit Area Open on Wednesday, April 10 from 1:15pm – 5:00pm and Thursday, April 11 from 8:00am – 3:30pm
- Tear down on Thursday, April 11 at 3:30pm
Shipping materials to/from the conference site
- Ship your materials to Tony’s Pizza Events Center; 800 The Midway; Salina, KS 67401.
- Your materials should not arrive before Monday, April 8.
- Please indicate your company name on the outside of the materials/box.
- You will need to schedule UPS or FedEx to pickup your materials at the conclusion of the conference as neither carrier makes a regular stop at this location.
